Which countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide. 
You can buy online from the UK, USA & Canada.
All other territories please email for more information. You the buyer are responsible for any import tax / tariffs that may incur.

Do you have a shop or showroom?

Sorry we don't have a shop or showroom. If you would like more information or images of anything on our website please contact us and we will happily help.
We do have basic Minsteam catalogues for the D R Mercer engines, if you would like to receive one please send a self addressed C5 sized envelope to our address on the contact page & we will get one posted to you.

can i collect in person?

Yes by prior arrangement only, as we do not have a shop or showroom.
By prior arrangement collection of goods can be made from our Bridgnorth or Stourbridge Address.

how do i pay

For UK customers Minsteam currently accepts payment via cash, cheque, bacs, postal order, Please contact for more information if you wish to pay via these methods. 

Visa, MasterCard, American Express credit & debit cards accepted.

For overseas customers please contact for more information.

Returns & Warranty

  • Purchased in error- You have 7 days to return an item to Minsteam. The item must be unused, in original unopened packaging & with the original purchase receipt. The buyer is liable for return carriage within the 7 day period. Minsteam will refund via the original payment method. Minsteam will not take returns on consumable items or items built to order, i.e painted & built kits, or any item made specifically to an individuals requirement.

  • Faulty items- If an item supplied proves faulty within 12 months of purchase, at Minsteams discretion a suitable repair, replacement or refund will be offered. This does not extend to defects or malfunctions of any kind caused by damage or unreasonable use, misuse, operator error, general wear & tear or paint loss due to heat. The item can only be retuned by prior arrangement, with original packaging & purchase receipt. This doest not include consumables.

  • You the buyer are responsible for the return postage costs & packaging, Minsteam takes no responsibility for returned items lost or damaged in post.

  • Minsteam takes no responsibility for the consequential loss, damages or injury arising from any of their products or any product supplied by Minsteam.

Delivery & Goods

  • Please check the goods immediately on taking delivery. If any issues arise please contact Minsteam immediately. All items are thoroughly checked by us prior to sending. Minsteam takes no responsibility for lost, late or delayed delivery. If your item is lost is it you the buyer who will be responsible for claiming any loss against the delivery company, Minsteam will supply you with any details needed to help with the process. If you require the item to be sent with enhanced insurance please contact Minsteam for more information. Minsteam uses a number of carriage services, for some items a reference number can be supplied to track any items.

  • All goods remain the property of Minsteam until payment is received in full.

Pricing

Minsteam reserves the right to amend prices without prior notice.

Emailing list

Minsteam may send out new letters and updates from time to time. if you do not wish to receive these emails. just let us know. Minsteam does not pass your email address onto any third parties.
